When celebrity gossip sites and fans have become obsessed with romance rumors between Heroes stars Milo Ventimiglia and Hayden Panettiere, one Heroes co-star says they’re just that - rumors.

“Let’s just end it there. The rumor is not true,” co-star James Kyson Lee, who plays Ando, said to People Tuesday in Hollywood.

“I think we were just surprised because they’re 12 years apart - for people to even conceive that. I know there have been jokes, Hayden turning 18 and whatnot. But at some point, you have to let it go and respect the privacy of those two.”

Following Monday’s Season Two premiere of Heroes, cutie Hayden Panettiere was back on publicity duty as she drops by CNN in N.Y. City Tuesday to tape a special for Larry King Live alongside her fellow NBC cast members.

Looking beautiful as ever in a gorgeous black-and-white mini-dress and Christian Louboutin shoes, the 18-year-old starlet was all smiles despite a grueling schedule that has had her doing press literally all around the world.

Nonetheless, Hayden Panettiere’s tiring schedule has not gotten the best of her — unlike many of her counterparts, Hayden knew just exactly how a lady steps out of a car. You go, girl!! We aren’t surprised she’s setting a good example.

Alright, so if you watched last night’s Heroes, you know this isn’t a picture from the episode, “Four Months Later.” But Hayden Panettiere will be in a cheerleading uniform soon, as this recent photo from the set of Heroes proves!

Hayden Panettiere is just getting over a breakup (from Laguna Beach boyfriend Stephen Colletti) and subject of dating rumors (with Milo Ventimiglia) but she doesn’t get any romance advice from co-star Masi Oka.

Rather, it goes the other way.

“[Stephen Colletti] was a good guy,” Oka told People Magazine at the Emmys over the weekend. “But I’m really in no place to give advice because I’m looking for love myself and I haven’t had much luck there. I’m single and available.”

You heard him, ladies! It turns out that Hayden Panettiere, despite her young age (she just turned 18), is the wise one when it comes to love advice.

“She’s the one that gives advice,” Masi Oka says of Hayden.

“I remember one day we went to this premiere, and I didn’t realize it was a press event. They were taking pictures and Hayden came up to me and said ‘Masi, you have a hickey! We have to cover you up!’ And I was like, ‘Whoa. I didn’t know that.’ Hayden takes care of all of us!”

Good to hear Hayden Panettiere is already like a mother hen… at 18.

Well, they stopped short of sucking face, but Heroes co-stars and topic of dating rumors Hayden Panettiere and Milo Ventimiglia sure were looking cozy last night right after the Emmy Awards.

TMZ caught the Heroes twosome walking arm-in-arm outside of HBO’s Emmy Awards after-party. When a cameraman approached the duo and asked if they were dating, Hayden got defensive, sassily stating, “I’m holding onto him because I’m about to fall over in these heels!” Well, that clears it up. Sort of.

Hayden Panettiere and Milo Ventimiglia: More than Heroes?

The photographer smoothed things over with Hayden by telling her she looked gorgeous - and she did - prompting Hayden Panettiere to flash a smile before taking off with her man. Or co-star. Or friend and co-star. Who knows!
